Las Garzas offers Traditional Mexican cuisine, featuring classic dishes like Fajitas, Burritos, Street Tacos, and Quesadillas. These dishes are made using our special recipes and the freshest ingredients, ensuring a delicious and authentic taste. Our Street Tacos are smaller versions of traditional tacos, made with a fresh, soft corn tortilla and filled with meat, cilantro, onions, and salsa. They are a great option for a quick and flavorful bite.
LAS GARZAS SPECIALS
Las Garzas specializes in party platter such as Molcajete, Aguachiles and Mariscada. These are perfect for a large group of people or a special occasion. The Molcajete is a traditional Mexican dish made from a volcanic stone bowl, filled with grilled meats, vegetables and a spicy sauce. The Aguachiles is a dish made with raw shrimp marinated in a spicy sauce, usually served with sliced cucumber and lime. The Mariscada is a seafood platter featuring Tilapia and a variety of shrimp.
